Noltis Development Ltd consists of three main departments:
MARKETING
Studying the needs of the suburban real estate market, the latest trends in architecture and technology, communication with suppliers and clients, preparing technical and economic recommendations for the concept
DESIGN
Preliminary and working design, exterior and interior design of buildings, landscape design.
CONSTRUCTION
Earthworks and construction-installation works, landscaping, exterior and interior finishing, laying communications, fleet of cargo vehicles and special equipment, warehouse for building materials, tools, and equipment.
